• Blue Value Select plans are designed for individuals and families that like a CoPay for preventive services and all office visits. These office visits are not subject to the annual deductible. There are four deductible options to choose from and all include prescription drug coverage. Dental, vision and life insurance are available options.

• The Blue Value plans were designed with the price conscious consumer in mind. These plans include limited office visit CoPays and preventive services are not subject to the annual deductible. There are 5 deductible options to choose from and all include prescription drug coverage. Dental, vision and life insurance are available options.
